$VNGM Showing Uranium’s Nuclear Potential
December 18th, 2009 at 10:47 am Posted by The DeanAs always, The Dean of Penny Stocks is on the lookout to bring the CollegeStock Community the most talked about penny stocks and small cap market news.
Vanguard Minerals Corporation (OTC: VNGM.OB) caught The Dean’s attention because the stock made a 96.4% run from $0.0056 to $0.011 yesterday. $VNGM is a mineral resource exploration company based in Seattle, currently focusing on the acquisition and exploration of uranium properties with nuclear potential in Western Canada.
Taking a look at $VNGM‘s financials from last quarter, The Dean found that the company reported net cash of more than $2 million over the course of its operations and alluded to the possibility of future financing opportunities through the sale of common stock.
The Dean also learned that $VNGM stayed away from new exploration opportunities in the past year, due to lack of funding, but 2010 developments could be on the horizon.
Since last January, $VNGM has gained an otherworldly 1000%. While uranium prices have fluctuated from $40/lb to $60/lb in the past quarter, The Dean believes that any significant dig for an exploration company like $VNGM could certainly result in nuclear profits.
