And yes IVOB does have great potential as the next small cap gem- low cost, more natural alternative to in vetro fertilization. Unfortunately, most PennyStockers do not have the patience to wait for actual company progress. Instead, they're gambling on the volatile fluctuation of penny stock prices due to fluffy press releases and/or stock promotion.
