The Dean Thinks $SNBP Could See Pharma Profits

In July, The Dean taught his Honors Class Students about $WKBT, when it was trading at $2.00. Since then, The Dean’s Red Hot China Stock has hit as high as $3.00 for a potential gain of 50%. $WKBT has a 52-week range of $0.20-$4.00, which has prompted The Dean to turn the CollegeStock Community’s attention to $SNBP.
Sinobiopharma, Inc. (OTC: SNBP) is a self-proclaimed fully integrated and highly innovative specialty biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing, and marketing of biopharmaceutical products in China. $SNBP is currently focusing on anesthesia-assisted agents and cardiovascular drugs.
Yesterday, $SNBP announced that 23 drugs, which the company has production rights to, have been listed in China’s National Essential Drugs List. The Dean believes this could mean 23 reasons for $SNBP to see profits, especially because this list is said to treat 80% of the most common diseases in China.
The press release from $SNBP suggests that the drugs on the list are covered by a universal healthcare system, which covers 90% of China’s massive population—roughly 1.2 billion people.
The Dean believes this plan could be huge for companies like $SNBP and $WKBT because it calls for 30,000 hospitals and health clinics to be built—plenty of people, places to be treated and products to be treated with could mean pharma profits.
$SNBP President and CEO Dr. Legun Lee Huang has suggested that the inclusion of these 23 drugs on the list “will enable [the company] to increase both sales and margins” and “improve return on investment for shareholders in 2010.”
Since Friday, $SNBP has climbed as much as 117% and has appeared in press releases, emails and alerts from OTCPicks.com, HotStockConfidential.com, StocksHaven.com, StockMarketingInc.com, StandOutStocks.com and WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
$SNBP is currently up 20% on the day and The Dean believes promotion and momentum from news could carry this stock much higher.
