Honor Roll Stocks: $EXTO, $ATCO and $ZAGG

Here are The Dean’s Honor Roll Stocks of the Day:

$EXTO
Exit Only Inc. (OTC: EXTO.PK) develops and operates water parks, resort hotels, concert venues, bars and nightclubs, and restaurants, as well as limo and marketing companies. This morning, $EXTO announced that it has completed the acquisition of Summit City Grand Resort & Casino, a hotel and real estate developer. $EXTO traded 17,211,663 shares and moved up as much as 170%, before closing 65% in green territory.

$ATCO
American Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: ATCO) designs, develops, and commercializes sound reproduction technologies and products primarily in North America, Europe, and Asia. After market close yesterday, $ATCO announced Q1 revenues of $5.3 million and a record quarterly profit of $1.8 million. As a result, $ATCO earned a spot on TheStreet.com’s early volume play list and closed up 20.13% today.

$ZAGG
ZAGG Incorporated (NASDAQ: ZAGG) designs, manufactures, and distributes protective coverings, audio accessories, and power solutions for consumer electronic and hand-held devices, under the invisibleSHIELD and ZAGGaudio brand names, primarily in the United States and Europe. Yesterday, $ZAGG announced an invitation-only conference would be attended by Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) CEO Steve Jobs, as the company has begun accepting orders for the invisibleSHIELD for the iPad. As a result of this development, $ZAGG has moved up as much as 45.7% since yesterday’s open, and gained 11.89% today.

And although this Dunce may have made shareholders sick to their stomachs, they certainly weren’t seeing any green today:

$AMAR
Amarillo Biosciences Inc. (OTC: AMAR.OB) develops low-dose oral interferon alpha, which is in the Phase II clinical trial for the treatment of influenza, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and oral warts in HIV positive patients—now doesn’t that sound delightful! Despite, $AMAR announcing a significant decrease in influenza-like illness in interferon-treated patients in a clinical trial, the stock crumbled 32.35% today.
