Dear Students

As part of The Dean’s promise to bring the entire student body the latest in movers and shakers from all of the markets, The Dean wants to call his students’ attention to $CGA.

China Green Agriculture (NYSE: CGA) is engaged in the research, production and distribution of humic acid based compound fertilizer, and development, production and distribution of agricultural products including top-grade fruits, vegetables, flowers and colored seedings.

$CGA is a brand name company with a network of 530 regional distributors, covering 21 provinces, 4 autonomous regions, and 3 municipal cities in China. In fact, $CGA sells more than 130 different fertilizer products.

$CGA reported strong earnings in February, including a 60% year-over-year increase in sales and 78% growth in net income. The company also reported an increase in gross margins from 61% compared to 59% the previous year.

$CGA is also homework-worthy because the company recently topped the list of Fastest-Growing Chemical Stocks on China Analyst.

The Dean thinks $CGA could continue to see upward movement because one of the company’s subsidiaries recently announced it will be presenting at the 22nd Annual ROTH Capital Partners (ROTH) OC Growth Stock Conference next week.

Happy Trading, The Dean
