$AVSC Has Room to GROW
October 15th, 2009 at 7:38 am Posted by The DeanThe last time The Dean taught the CollegeStock Community about Advanced Visual Systems (OTC: AVSC), he told you about their announcement of a reseller relationship through Arrow Electronics, Inc. This reseller has the power to sell in 53 countries and provides services to 800 suppliers like CISCO, EMC, NetApp, IBM, Sun Microsystems, HP and Oracle.
$AVSC President David Muray told the world that this agreement would allow their 2,500 international customers to buy comprehensive data management programs at the best possible price, which makes $AVSC more appealing in The Dean’s eyes.
With the Dow closing over 10,000 yesterday and powerhouses like JP Morgan (NYSE: JPM) reporting profits of $3.6 billion, The Dean believes companies are recovering and $AVSC’s data management and visualization software could be in DEMAND.
Besides the fact that the computer software market grew 6.5% in 2008, it’s also expected to increase 50% to a $457 billion market in the next few years—that’s growth of more than 16% for each of the next 3 years.
According to Forrester Research, corporate dashboard technology is used by at least 800 of the world’s largest companies and if you do the math on $AVSC’s customer list of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies—Pfizer (NYSE: PFE), Boeing (NYSE: BA), Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) and Sun Microsystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAVA)—you know they can certainly foot the bill.
Security is essential for BIG business and the software market is sure to benefit from the increased measures necessary to survive and thrive in today’s world. In fact, The Dean doesn’t think we have to wait too long because the security software market reached nearly $15 billion this year and is expected to grow 400% to $60 billion.
If you’re following along, you’d know that $AVSC operates internationally with brand name customers and supplier in 53 countries in a global market worth over $500 billion a year.
$AVSC’s currently trading around $0.75 and last week, Market Timer Analytics released a report that suggests $AVSC could see $1.82 in the short game, $2.63 on an intermediate run, and $3.81 in the long haul.
The Dean thinks that $AVSC has been around for awhile and is still very much on the grille.
