Thursday after close, Macatawa Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MCBC) announced “a return to profitability and improvements in several key capital and operational ratios in the second quarter 2010.” Financial results included after-tax net income of $1.7 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to as loss of $30.4 million, or $1.82 per diluted share, in second quarter 2009.

AlphaTrade.com (OTC: APDT) provides real-time financial market data for major North American exchanges and markets. This morning, ATPD announced the company “is hopeful of new levels of sales, revenue and growth continuing into the fall.” Additionally, today’s press release told investors the company”is preparing to report a positive 2nd Quarter cash flow subsequent to positive 1st Quarter cash flow reported earlier this year.”
