Dear Students

There’s an old saying that suggests “you must remember where you’ve been to get where you’re going,” and The Dean believes this is particularly relevant to one of his Ivy League Stocks, Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products (OTC: BSTK.PK).

Even before the last week of August, when The Dean initially taught his Honors Class about $BSTK, the company was already working to make a brand name for itself in the less-than-lethal and illumination product markets.

On September 8th, $BSTK announced their line of low cost tactical illumination products and, the following day, came the news of its First Major European Order with a wholesale value in excess of $100,000.

The following week, The Dean himself was quoted in a press release issued by the company, “Brite-Strike’s innovative LED illumination products have attracted a number of high-profile clients around the world, including the FBI, DEA, SWAT and Special Forces Groups.” The Dean believes this is when the investment world opened its eyes to discover the shinning light of opportunity, $BSTK.

The fall quickly came and $BSTK announced that 2 new products would begin shipping in early November, including the company’s brilliant DLC-200 HLS (Duty Light Camera) and the rechargeable Tactical Blue-Dot HLS. A few days later, news of a full-line distribution agreement made $BSTK’s products available through an international online retailer, Amazon.com.

For moths, The Dean taught the entire student body about $BSTK’s various patents for profits and, in October, the company received yet another utility patent (US 7,604, 371B2) which would prevent and/or halt intellectual property infringement. With technology and design so specialized, we soon learned that $BSTK has already issued letters to 4 companies who have raised infringement suspicions.

Since then, the CollegeStock Community and investment world have learned that $BSTK’s products have been making waves across the pond in Europe and, with potential to be sold in as many as 4,600 (20% of 23,000) retail stores there, The Dean thinks 2010 could be interesting year. However, $BSTK has also created excitement in the United States, where negotiations with 2 major retailers could be in the works.

Right in time for the holidays and the busiest shopping month of the year, $BSTK released their new website and 2010 product catalog for the world to see, fall in love with and buy, buy, buy.

Although December has seemed somewhat dark and cold, The Dean believes that $BSTK’s bright potential and HOT products will continue lighting UP in 2010.

Happy Trading, The Dean
